Corruption Prevention Policy

One of the primary objectives of IES S.r.l. is to comply with the laws in force and to prevent incorrect practices falling within the realm of corruption. In this regard, the Company is enrolled in the Anti-Mafia Register and has been included in the list of companies with a Legacy Rating by the Italian Antitrust Authority.

IES management places the utmost emphasis on the prevention of Corruption. Employees and collaborators are informed about prohibited practices and are invited to immediately report situations of doubtful or overt illegality to the competent authority.

In summary, IES S.r.l. undertakes to:

  • Inform its employees and collaborators about the prevention of corruption
  • Encourage the reporting of activities, attitudes, of overt or suspected corruption
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
